Built by solving the problem in front of us.
Chris Merchant founded the business in 2012 as SLN Technologies after seeing a gap between the service customers expected and the service they received.
In his contracting work, Chris encountered customers who thought they had hired a local Colorado company, only to find the provider was based elsewhere. Poor customer service added to their frustration.
That experience shaped Topshelf’s approach: be clear about who clients are working with, understand their situation, and make technology support more personal. As clients’ needs grew, so did our services.
