On Squarespace, Shopify, Wix and other hosted platforms, the provider operates the hosting infrastructure and native platform security. Topshelf manages the website, content, settings and integrations in your plan. Update controls, backups and recovery options depend on the platform.
Your service agreement defines eligible edits, update schedules, support coverage and recovery responsibilities. Support response commitments describe the initial response, not a guaranteed resolution time. Hosted email is separate from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licensing.

Do I need to buy website design and ongoing care together?
No. Website design and managed care are independent services. Choose a new website, ongoing care for your existing site, or both. Your design tier and care plan are selected separately.
Can you manage a website another provider built?
Yes. We manage WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix and many other platforms. We review your website, access and integrations to agree on the right scope. A new website is not required.
Who handles hosting, security and backups?
Topshelf managed hosting includes SSL, firewall protection, daily backups and uptime monitoring. On hosted platforms such as Squarespace, Shopify and Wix, the provider operates the infrastructure and native security. We define website care, backup options and recovery responsibilities around the platform.
How much website editing is included?
Core includes 30 minutes of edits each month, Pro includes one hour and Ultimate includes two hours. We agree on eligible changes and scope larger projects separately.
What happens after my new website launches?
Every design tier includes 90 days of post-launch support. Pro and Ultimate also include training and optimization support, with the implementation scope defined in your project agreement. Ongoing managed care is available separately for continued maintenance, edits and technical help.
What SEO and integrations are included?
Every design tier includes basic launch SEO: search titles, metadata and a sitemap. Pro adds advanced SEO, analytics and CRM-ready forms. Ultimate adds more advanced automation and integrations. We define the actual connections and requirements during planning.
