Priority Findings
Your Digital Health Roadmap
Schedule a Free Website Health Review
A focused call with Topshelf to discuss your findings, confirm what needs a closer look, and choose a practical next step. No hiring commitment is required.
This assessment is a self-reported diagnostic tool, not a technical website audit, security penetration test, or accessibility/PCI compliance certification. Scores indicate relative risk based on your answers and are intended to prioritize conversation, not to certify compliance with any regulatory framework (including ADA/WCAG or PCI-DSS).
02 / Three areas. One view.
Understand what your score covers.
Security & Reliability
Review hosting, uptime monitoring, backups, HTTPS, updates, and account access. These answers help identify maintenance and security practices to verify.
Performance & UX
Review speed, mobile usability, broken links, and accessibility checks. Include real devices and manual checks when investigating your results.
Visibility & Growth
Review search visibility, analytics, conversions, domain ownership, and payment handling. See where measurement or ownership needs attention.
Your overall score combines weighted answers across all three areas. If website payments do not apply, that question is excluded. Scores help you choose what to investigate and do not verify technical performance or compliance.
03 / Make the results useful
Take the report into your next conversation.
View your overall score, three pillar scores, priority findings when triggered, and a practical roadmap. Download the PDF to share with your team or web provider.
Start with one or two findings. Confirm the underlying practices before deciding on changes. A deeper technical review can establish what is working and what needs attention.
04 / Before you start
A few useful answers.
Does this assessment scan my website?
No. The Website Health Score uses the answers you provide about how your website is managed. It does not crawl your pages, test their speed, or check their security.
How is my Website Health Score calculated?
The assessment combines 15 weighted questions across Security and Reliability, Performance and UX, and Visibility and Growth. Each answer contributes to the overall score and its pillar score. If website payments do not apply to your business, that question is excluded from scoring.
What will I receive?
You will see an overall score, three pillar scores, up to seven priority findings when your answers trigger them, and recommended next steps. You can download a PDF containing your scores, findings, and roadmap.
When are contact details required?
You can answer the 15 questions first. Before viewing your results, the assessment asks for your first and last name, company, phone number, work email, and company size. Your name, company, email, and company size appear in the downloadable report.
Can I use the score as proof that my website is secure or compliant?
No. This is a self-assessment to help you choose what to investigate. It is not a technical audit, penetration test, accessibility evaluation, or compliance certification. Review the findings with your team or provider and confirm the underlying practices before relying on them.
